Our mussels are distinguished by a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) which qualifies this "terroir": The Bay of Mont Saint Michel.

Our vacuum-packed packaging, with no additives, keeps the mussels fresh for 10 days.

MUSSELS READY TO COOK (vacuum packing) :

    1,4 kg for 2-4 plates (around 2 liters)

• Shipping case of 11,2 kg = 8 x 1,4 kg​

•          and case of 5,6 kg  = 4 x 1,4 kg​

       

     700g for 1-2 plates 

• Shipping case of 5,6 kg = 8 x 700 g

•        and case of 2,8 kg  = 4 x 700 g
