Mytilea SARL was established on January 3 , 2000. It results from the union of the skills of a producer of mussel from the Bay of Mont Saint Michel PDO: Christophe HODBERT and a specialist in the processing of sea products and​​ fisheries engineer Patrick JAGOU . 


The primary objective of Mytilea is to offer a product with great ease of use, meeting the most demanding quality standards. 


Respecting the traditional mussels farming methods and using the modern processing and packaging, our products respect the wonderful flavor of bouchot mussels of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.


Mytilea is certified ISO 22000 (version 2018).
